Magnetizing col for rotors are always suited to the specific rotor.
No of poles, diameter, skew angle and sometimes length of the rotor are limitations which do not allow general rotor magnetziing coils.
We build:
Iron coils for big poles
Air coils for small poles and axial rotors
air cooled / Water cooled
We optimize for:
Minimum cogging by skewed magnetization
Minimum cogging by shaping of the field on magnet surface
Minimim pole transition
